Small fast-growing Aerospace Electronic Design company located in Costa Mesa California is looking for a Structural Design and Simulation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team player, resourceful, self-starter, open to learning new tools and techniques, enjoys working in a small business dynamic environment. The successful candidate will work effectively in our growing environment in a manner that meets clients’ expectations, while maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Structural Engineer will primarily focus on the development and structural design of steel or aluminum chassis that are used to support sensitive electronic equipment
  • Perform finite element simulations to inspect the structural integrity and durability of chassis and other types of supporting systems
  • Perform laboratory tests to confirm the structural integrity and reliability of the designed structural support systems
  • Perform design calculations, prepare technical documents with a high degree of accuracy and care in accordance with clients’ requirements
  • Provide guidance to the engineering team to optimize the design of electronic equipment

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Master’s or PhD in Structural or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university
  • Have extensive hands-on experience with finite element simulation software and the ability to perform stress and vibration analysis
  • Have prior experience with laboratory testing
  • Have 3D modeling skills to create 3D models of structural support Chassis
  • Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with people at all levels including project stakeholders and clients


Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience of performing numerical simulations with finite element software such as SIMULIA ABAQUS or ANSYS
  • Experience in 3D modeling and drawing preparation with SOLIDWORKS or AUTOCAD
  • Ability to effectively multitask time sensitive projects and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and deliverables on an ongoing basis
  • Team player with a positive attitude and excellent project management skills

LabVIEW Programmer

Job Summary
Responsible for developing and debugging LabVIEW codes.  Develop LabVIEW software to utilize different testing equipment such as Spectrum analyzer, Oscilloscope or etc. Test input and output signals of electronic boards using signal generator and oscilloscope. Help the clients whenever they have questions or requests, and provide documentation for the designed systems and software. Take on various engineering tasks which helps to acquire new skills and methods.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and debug codes mostly LabVIEW codes.
  • Works with testing equipment to develop user friendly software for our clients.
  • Take on various engineering tasks which will help to acquire new skills.
  • Design software architecture and optimize the performance.
  • Work with FPGA embedded systems and real-time processors.
  • Data acquisition and manipulation using different DAQ hardware.
  • Provide customer support to our clients in person, over the phone or via email.
  • Provide documentation for new or existing designs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years of programming experience
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Be an enthusiast and fast learner
  • Experience with using LabVIEW to develop codes.
  • Excellent technical writing abilities
  • Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent computer skills – CAD, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to be part of a team and work individually at the same time.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively interface with Research and Development, Quality Assurance, and our clients.

Electronic PCB/Cable Assembler

Job Summary
Looking for electronic circuit board, harness/cable assembler for prototyping and production.

Duties and Responsibilities
Must be proficient in PCB soldering including the SMT technology, good knowledge of components and able to work with engineers with a minimal supervision. Read work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed may require to do local travel.

Electrical/Test Engineer

Small fast-growing Aerospace electronic design company located in Costa Mesa California is looking for an electronic test engineer to join our team.  Ideal candidate is Team player, Resourceful, Self-starter, Open to Learning New Tools and techniques, enjoys working in small business dynamic environment.


Required Skills/Experience:

  • Have extensive experience with testing and integrating digital and analog CCA’s and boxes.
  • Have prior flight electronic test and integration experience
  • Have extensive experience with interpreting schematic diagrams and troubleshooting analog and digital circuits.
  • Have working knowledge with C code, Python and TCL.
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work independently
  • BSEE with 5+ experience

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Can understand Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) designs implemented in Verilog sufficiently enough for troubleshooting problems found in testing
  • Familiarity with Mentor DxDesigner/Expedition tool suite
  • Familiarity with Mentor Hyperlynx tool suite
  • Familiarity with LabView programming environment
  • Have prior experience with working in class ISO 8 or better cleanroom.
